From the moment I arrived I felt held. The space Emmet created — the redwood mist, the herbs in the room, the energy and care woven into every detail — was masterful. INTUITEA
For the longest time I tried to access my intuition the way I thought I was supposed to — sitting still, going quiet, waiting for something to arrive in the silence. It rarely came. I don't doubt that this is a great way for many, but for a burned out neurodivergent mother of two it mainly made me feel like a failure..
What I discovered — through years of learning with the plants — is that my intuition doesn't live in stillness. It lives in movement. In curiosity. In the moment when I lean my nose into a jar of dried herbs or smell a rose in my garden and something in my chest says yes, that one before my mind has a chance to weigh in. When by feet are bare and feel the dirt beneath them. The plants taught me this. They have always been playful, alive, full of humor and surprise — and they kept showing me that the fastest route to genuine intuitive knowing for me is not discipline or silence, but joy. Delight. The unguarded openness of a child who hasn't yet learned to second-guess what they feel.
That discovery is how this offering was born. I wanted to teach what I know — not what I had been told intuition should look like, but what it actually feels like when it moves through you freely. And what it feels like is play.
WHAT THE CEREMONY IS
You will be welcomed into a space with around 25 jars of plant allies — dried herbs, flowers, roots, and barks. Each jar is marked not with the plant's name but with a symbol. This is intentional. Names bring history, opinion, and the noise of what we think we already know. Symbols bring only presence. You meet the plant as it is, not as you have been told it is.
You will be among them. Smell them. Linger where you are drawn. Trust what your body reaches toward before your mind arrives with its commentary. You will select your plants in layers — foundation, support, spirit allies — building a blend that is entirely your own, guided by scent and sensation and the quiet loud voice of your own knowing.
When your blend is complete you will decode the symbols — discovering which plants chose you and what they carry. A zine goes home with you holding their qualities, their medicine, and the beginning of a relationship that is entirely yours to tend.
No herb knowledge needed. No experience required.
The only thing asked of you is curiosity — and the willingness to trust the first thing you feel before the second-guessing begins.

We begin with a guided womb connection meditation - a visual journey to connect with your womb space, the land beneath your feet, your lineage, and the web of sisterhood in the room.
